hi people so long since i last blog..i hab been having OT work this feww days.
But y am i writing tis post is becos i wan the whole world to know abt this 2 man!
in my workplace!
well, i am not going to name them cos i scare my blog
got polluted.
so after discussion with peirong i decided to name them
1. eunch
2. assit eunch
okay, they are the head, ya jus like the president and vice.p
in the kitchen.
Do you think they should be the one setting good example to their
fellow staff those little innocent COOK below them ...
AMEN, i pray for those LITTLE inncent de.
okie, the assit eunch is reali a bootlicker + die oso dun wan to lose person.
He think everything he is right no one is wrong.
Let me mention one hapening today.
Mdm A, she ordered
1. durian x 2 serving
2. Ang mo kana x 1 serving
And she wanted to settle the bill as well.
This is the step i took:
She instructed me to serve 1 serving of the durian
so i follow up which is i send in to the kitchen the 1st durian order.
den i send in another single order the other 2 items.
1. durian x
2. ang mo kana x 1
so that make 2 paper.
and so i can bill her.
thing happened....
i went in to see the assit eunch to inform him that the 2 sent in
order hab to wait for mdm A's HUBBY to come and den serve.
in our service, we call it on hold.
which means kitchen id not do till. we inform them.
okie i went for break.. with other friends.
while we will taking the staff food assit eunch
shouted and ask me the 2nd order no nid to do ah!
den i say " ya the 1 durian & 1 ang mo kana serve later, wait for the guest hubby!"
okie my wntess all around me!
then i went for break.
while i was eating i heard screaming from the MDM A,
so i stood up and see what happen.
Oh the ANG MO KANA is being serve...
okie i told the MDM A is okie i will take back and check wif the assis eunch.
then that ASS HOLE "ooppss" assit eunch say i did not say that ANG MO KANA serve later.
WHAT A FUCK, ASSHOLE, BAstard!, @#$%^&**()__.....
i did not wan to FIGHT with this GU NIANG
so i say " okie jus take it as my fault u keep firsT!"
people see i let the matter go!
yet this ASS u knwo what he do he complain to my manger.
lucky my managr understand the whole thing as i explain and my wintess!
u know i did not complain AT ALL he f**king ass, i mean he might not have that complained!
okie he say what " u their manager of course u side them la"
fuck anot this kind of people!
another story
my manager have convestion with this 2 bu nan bu nv de.
becos lots of thing happen!
u know we the serivce crew hab to serve those food prepare by them
usually this perosn we call them RUNNER
so only one runner everytime
and when we dun not hab enuf staff
it is often that this runner will b estop by the guest as they find no staff to call
so food will crowd around the RUNNER area whereby all the cooked food reali to be serve will be prepare there
and them we JAM!
can u understand u know what
when RUNNER go back they will scream at this runner or keep pressing the bell!
what a fuck!
and guess when my manage tell them to be more resonable
guess what
the assit eunch's eunch
say that we outside service staff do not have enuff staff is our business and not their s
what A FUCK!
okie fine lo..
few time i caught them ... just done the food plced on the runner area not more them 3 sec they press the bell & scream at the ppl and say
a LIE blindly!
the FOOD SO LONG there still no one SERVE ah!

another incident !
cos the main switch of everything is located at service area not kitchen ma...
got this sat morning. my nice manager... on shift
the power in the kitchen trip or something la!
not our fault right ! that assit eunch came out to scream at my manger and say
" u all got switch on anything make my thing trip!'
" faster call someone come n repair!" "like that how to run operation!"
fuck him "NATIONAL DAY who come and do ur business got do oso dun wan to do!
so my manager told him no one come down, cos PH den he keep scream to outside staff!
FUCK him vent his anger ah no of our business!
afternoon whne the eunch come the botlicker assit eunch go n tell him what happen
like A WOMEN A NOT HIS ACTION!
den the eunch say nvm then he like SIAO smile at us and tok nicely
like nothing happening !
fuck him!
i got plently of his story la!
but i reali tire! to type!
but i just wan to tell u GUY i mean man , boy, gentle

somemore he fought with my another manger the other day..
the next day he come he tell the eunch like he kana buly by us...
my manager came the next day oso nv say any thing
cos this kind of thing complain and for what
unless u scare so u wan to say first la!
right!
so men ! dun be like him!
tell u all something in his kitchen staff they are about 4 to 5 staff under him la
non like him
and one tell me before he leave he will PUNCH him which i thought is too cheap for him
but the best is PUNCH the there u know
maybe punch there oso nothing!
hais cos he so gu niang!
so i gues if the 5 or 4 are leaving he each person 1 punch his head will get more BIG
hahhahahahahha
